Question: NICE overturning decision on Entyvio

Recent article I read indicated that the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence have decided to recommend use of Entyvio for the treatment of Crohns along with the already approved use for ulcerative colitis. How far is it from being approved in Canada for use in Crohns? Can one be switched from their current treatment to entyvio while in remission?

If in remission, switching to another medication is rarely a good idea. We hope within 1 year Entyvio will be approved in Canada for Crohn's disease.
